During the COVID pandemic in 2020, our family initiated a cherished tradition: embarking on our very first British park holiday. With international travel ruled out, we embraced the chance to explore nearby wonders. To our delight, we found these holidays bursting with fun for all ages, boasting excellent park facilities and pristine, award-winning beaches. Instead of enduring long airport queues, we quickly immersed ourselves in our holiday within a few short hours of leaving home.

Our family’s holiday experience was so enjoyable that we decided to invest in our own piece of paradise. Our first home was at The Lakes within the Golden Sands Holiday Park by Haven in Mablethorpe. Initially for our personal enjoyment, our holiday home soon became a beacon for friends and family seeking relaxation. Their happiness matched ours, prompting us to establish BEES Holidays, dedicated to sharing our cherished holiday home and experiences.

As our journey progressed, we expanded the BEES Holidays family by acquiring a second holiday home. A luxurious lodge with a bubbling hot tub, nestled within The Meadows at Southview Leisure Park by ParkDean in Skegness. Our choice of park was deliberate, drawn by its significant investment in facilities and the serene beauty of our lodge’s location, overlooking a picturesque pond with a cascading waterfall right before our eyes. The vistas are truly breathtaking and must be experienced firsthand to be fully appreciated!
